How to Pay at Caminhos

At Caminhos, we aim to keep payments clear, transparent, and flexible. We offer several payment options to serve students worldwide, while keeping transaction costs as low as possible. We are also happy to accept cash payments at the school.

In general, we require a deposit to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due on your first day of classes. For fiscal reasons, certain services must be paid to specific accounts, so please pay close attention to the account details.

Two Payment Methods Depending on Your Booking:

If you book both a course and accommodation, we kindly ask you to make two separate payments. We know this is not ideal, but it helps us process your booking correctly. We appreciate your understanding.

1. For Portuguese courses, classes, and deposits:

Must be paid using the first payment option listed, under the official company name Experimenta Brasil Ensino de Idiomas.

Payment Options Details:

We accept cash payments in Brazilian Reais at the school, and we are happy to receive them. Our reception is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for cash payments.

Even better, part of the amount you pay goes directly to support our social project, Mais Caminhos, helping to create educational opportunities for underprivileged youth in Rio de Janeiro.

2. Accommodation and visa-related services:

Must be paid using the second payment option listed, under the name Caminhos Language Centre.

We accept cash payments in Brazilian Reais at the school and we are happy to receive them. Our reception is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for cash payments.

Please be aware that if there are any bank fees associated with your transfer, we will need to deduct them from the amount you send. It’s important to cover any transfer costs on your end. We appreciate your understanding!

Deposit

To secure your booking, we require a deposit of R$ 500 for your course. This deposit will be deducted from the total course fee. When paying the course deposit, please take a screenshot of the payment receipt and email it to info@caminhosbrasil.com, including your full name and the course you are paying for. The remaining course balance must be paid on your first day at Caminhos. Of course, you are also very welcome to pay the full course amount in one payment if you prefer.

Accommodation Deposit:

To secure your accommodation reservation, we require a deposit of R$ 1,000. This deposit will be deducted from the total accommodation cost. When paying the accommodation deposit, please take a screenshot of the payment receipt and email it to accommodation@caminhosbrasil.com, including your full name and the period you are paying for. The remaining accommodation balance must be paid on your first day at Caminhos.

Student Visa Payments:

For student visa services, the full amount must be paid in advance.

When making a student visa payment, please take a screenshot of the payment receipt and email it to info@caminhosbrasil.com, including:

A copy of your passport
The start date of your student visa request
