Digital Content Producer

Position Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Salary: 2500-3500 per month + VT + VR

Position Overview

We are seeking a multifaceted Communications Specialist / Content Creator fluent in Portuguese and English. The ideal candidate will be a multitasker with a broad skill set in social media management, web design, video production and editing, graphic design, SEO, and email marketing. This person will be responsible for creating and managing content across our media channels, analyzing performance, and continuously improving our communication strategies in good collaboration with our marketing company

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation: Produce engaging content for various platforms including social media, website, and email campaigns.
Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Web Design: Maintain and update our WordPress website to ensure it is user-friendly and up-to-date.

Video Production: Film, edit, and subtitle videos for promotional purposes.
Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for use across different media
SEO: Implement SEO best practices to improve our website’s search engine ranking.

Email Marketing: Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, we are using RD Station.
Analysis & Improvement: Monitor and analyze the performance of content and campaigns, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Fluency in English & Portuguese (please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement)

Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Proficiency in web design, specifically with WordPress.
Strong skills in video production and editing, including subtitling.

Graphic design experience.
Knowledge of SEO best practices.
Experience with email marketing platforms, preferably RD Station.

Familiarity with innovative AI advancements
Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Analytical skills to assess and improve content performance
